Sent first CCA - help please.

Hi all

I have sent my first CCA letter on Monday this week. Basically, last week I got a letter from JB Debt recovery asking for £200 ish, so I contacted them and asked to send me a copy of the Signed credit agreement I entered into, to which he replied "well we havent got that on your account"!!!!!!

Now, if my understanding is correct they have to have this to be able to have legal claim on the debt?

Annnnyway, I have sent them a CCA letter to be signed for, on Monday..... I know I have to wait 14 days... but then what?

Love Sheryl xxxx
