Having the kids for half term I asked if I could have a weeks maintance off so I can spend it on the kids, she said no im not entitle to it and if we going through CSA, I would still have to pay it. People I know in similar situations usually have the money when they have the kids to spend on them. So far I just had to get them new bedding, clothes and pyjamas as they had a growth spurt, it would of been nice go out for days. I had took them to a few places but running out of money now.

It is correct that you wouldn't get a week off if you paid via CSA but what you pay every week would reflect how many nights a year you have kids overnight. Does your agreement do that?
Remember that just because the kids aren't at her house this week many of her costs will be the same.0
