havent been on since may..

due to lack on net access in work i havent been about since may, glad to see some of the old names floating about!!

well a lot of things have changed now

Credit cards well on the way to bein paid off!!
Outgoings have been vastly reduced

1 of my main problems was puttin petrol in the car and spendin a fortune seeing my boyf!!! well the loser dumped me a few weeks ago and thankfully it was the best thing he could have done!! I'm well shot of him, as well as him bein useless with cash and me havin to lend him it all the time he is now drinkin excessively.

However he owes me £350, i bought him his american football gear and lent him money to buy an ipod, he promised he would pay it back but he keeps saying he will save £50 a week for it but he then goes out a drinks that money away.

Is there anything i can do to get this back as the firendly approach just isnt working!!!
Married my amazing hubby on 8th September 2012 :j:j

Maybe write to him and ask for it, then you've got a record of asking.....if you need to resort to Small Claims Court.

    Hi, Welcome back ;)

Its a difficult one as I gues there wasnt anything put in writing originally and it would be your word against his. I dont even know without having the agreement to repay in writing that you could take take him to court.

If you have been friendly over the phone have you tried seeing him face to face and getting a little bit stroppy? I dont mean rude or violent just enough to make him understand you want your money back ASAP.

    Good luck ;)
