Hi everyone my first thread on the forum just to describe my views on Nationwide.

So we got our DIP last month, valued a few days later and everything came back fine.

Ever since then all they keep doing is asking for the same documentation they've already received, I'm talking 4 weeks of asking for proof of deposit, employment contract, address queries. All from different people from Nationwide who keep adding the same notes to our file only to get questioned about it the next day!!! I'm on the edge here and seroiusly considering cancelling the entire application and going elsewhere.

TL: DR Get a broker, they are worth every penny. Wish we did now!
