Would anyone have an recent positive or negative experiences?
Long hours, but is this made up by decent money?
Hardest part of the job?
Most enjoyable?
Thanks

I'm guessing the best part of being an estate agent would be bathing in £50 notes.Friendship is like peeing on yourself. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warm feeling that it brings0

the most difficult part would be trying to keep a straight face whilst telling buyers the house that they are showing is wonderful.0

Just left online estate agency, one down from Sales Progressor (beauty of online biz means none of the you have to be a driver conditionality.)
Hardest part: It was as quiet as sin sadly though I could see it being interesting, lucky to deal with 1 or 2 customers a week
Apparently wasn't the right season to start, even working the hours when traditional were shut didn't help.
Good money - not sure (the younger ones accepted it more which was so impressive)
I found hours were short not long, way to relaxed if you were late or sick : Easiest part?
We giggled about the words only made up by estate agents!
You really have to know you're area and what's where (my personal of where I think online falls)
Whilst we didn't have targets (I imagine it's very different on the High Street) there was a LOT of competition (other businesses both online and yep the High Street)
It was cool, used a mac for the first time, learnt to live chat with the customers, uncomplicated, loved the positives as it put a bit of fire back in my belly, with a thick ear, here's what I should have read first
