Hi all, not sure if im posting this in the right place so apologies if im not,
I have signed up to a car salary sacrifice scheme through my company, it is via lex autolease, the car has taken over 6 months to turn up and in the mean time ive been offered another job with a different company, my question is does anyone know if I would be able to negotiate taking over the lease on the car or do I have to give it back and pay the charges?

It's unclear whether or not the car has now turned up: has it?
Does your contract / salary sacrifice scheme say anything about charges if you leave the employer before the term of the car lease has finished?Signature removed for peace of mind0
