Hi there
I wish to make a complaint against a Pay Day loan company that has since passed on my debt to a 3rd party debt collection agency. I was just seeking advice on who i should contact in this instance, the payday loan company or debt collectors?
Thanks!

If the issue of the complaint is with the original company then you contact them.
However, if the issue of the complaint may affect the amount or standing of the loan the collector now holds, then obviously it makes sense to CC them in and inform them of the compliant. If they then continue to chase something invalid or wrong, despite being told it's under dispute, then that conduct would be a complaint against them in some cases.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
