RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Old El Paso-Taco Tuesday’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 27th October 2015 to 1st December 2015 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on October 27th 2015 and close at 11:59 on December 1st 2015
4. Every Tuesday for the competition period an audio clip of the Heart Mariachi band playing a Heart playlist song will be featured on the website. Entrants will have to identify which track they are playing by providing song title and artist.
5. From all the correct entries received, one will be randomly selected on December 1st to win the first prize, and a second winner chosen at random to receive the runners-up prize.
6. The winner of the first prize (trip to Mexico) will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per week; duplicate weekly entries will be excluded from the Competition. Entrants can only enter once in a competition week when that week’s song clip is live (from 00:00 Tuesday to 23:59 Monday for the first five weeks and from 00:00 Tuesday to 11:59 Tuesday on the final day) only, but can enter up to 6 times across the entire competition period.

First Prize:
The first prize is a family holiday to Mexico for 2 adults & 2 children plus £100 vouchers to a major UK supermarket in the form of a gift card.
Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, Bank Holidays and dates in August (both UK and Mexico).  
Children must be aged 11 years or younger at the time of travel.  
Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should  arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges.  
Transfers are not private and will be shared with other passengers.  
Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults and two children sharing a double/twin with ensuite bathroom on an all inclusive basis. All inclusive - All meals are locally produced drinks are included (time restrictions may apply). You may also be entitled to use hotel facilities free of charge. For exact details, check accommodation description. All inclusive includes the following: Full board or set menu meals, Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks. Local alcoholic and soft drinks. Activities as listed. Entertainment as listed. Other facilities as indicated. Facilities that are not part of your all Inclusive package may incur extra local charges
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply to travel insurance.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.  

Runner-Up Prize:
The runner-up prize is £500 supermarket vouchers to a major UK supermarket in the form of a gift card.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
