I have one of those gadgets for making stuffed burgers, and have bought some turkey mince. Most of the recipes I can find are for stuffing them with different cheeses, but my son want's to try tuna and sweetcorn. The thing is, he normally has this with mayonnaise, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing for a stuffed burger. Is it safe to bind the tuna, sweetcorn, and maybe chopped onion, with a beaten egg, before stuffing it in the turkey mince. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful.

Have a look on pinterest for tuna burger recipes! you probably wouldnt mix tuna and turkey together though.

Try it, although stuffing the mince with tuna seems a bit OTT. I thought the point of stuffed burgers is that you get a gooey centre.

Have you a link to the burger stuffing machine as I've never seen them, only seen burger presses.
