Spendlytics Prize Draw


1. This Prize Draw is open to all Santander UK customers aged 18 or over resident in the UK.

2. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Santander UK plc, their families or anyone associated with this draw, nor individuals associated with Santander UK plc.

4. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. If you are using your work computer you may need to obtain your employer’s permission before entering.

6. The Prize Winner will need to provide proof of identity and age, with picture ID.

7. The Prize Draw begins on Monday 26 October 2015 (“the Opening Date”) and ends on Wednesday 28 October 2015 at 09.00am (“the Closing Date”)

8. Entries to the Prize Draw must be submitted before the Closing Date.

9. The Prize Winner will be notified via a reply to their comment on the Santander UK Facebook post. The comment will state that they are the winner of the Prize Draw and that they must provide their contact details via a Direct Message to the Santander UK Facebook page.

10. The Prize Winner will receive an iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray Unlocked sent by recorded delivery.

11. One winner will be chosen at random on 29 October 2015 by an independent adjudicator appointed at the Promoter’s discretion from all the entrants who have submitted a comment on the Santander Facebook post by the Closing Date.

12. In order to enter, entrants must submit an entry by visiting https://www.facebook.com/SantanderUK and submitting a comment on the Spendlytics post between the Opening Date and the Closing Date.

13. Any entry which is incomplete or submitted via an alternative method will be rejected.

14. The Prize will be supplied (subject to Clause 17 below) within 28 days of the winner providing their contact details by Direct Message to Santander UK. The winner will receive the prize in the post.

15. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Prize Winner agrees to and accepts the publishing of their name and location by the Promoter for publicity purposes in perpetuity.

17. If the Prize remains unclaimed 3 weeks after the closing date, the Prize Draw will be voided and the winner will forfeit their claim to that prize.

18. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on the law of England & Wales and the Courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. The prize is provided by Santander UK plc.

20. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize in the unfortunate event that the prize is not available.

22. The prize offered is not transferable and no alternative prize will be offered unless it is unavailable.
