Sub cabin sized wheeled cases

A little while back I saw a man wheeling two cases, one cabin size and the other somewhat smaller. My searches for a similar smaller one in shops and on the net have been fruitless.
Please, can any one assist? Cases like that would be useful to us, as our age increases and strength does the opposite.

That looks more the size, but I've never seen any in the shops. Sometimes I like to see what I'm buying. Known manufacturers?0

I was in a shop called The Range today (my first visit) and I noticed some very small cabin bags -I think they were the very light cases by IT (I have the larger sizes in this brand and they're brilliant). So if you have a Range store near you it might be worth having a look.
These are some examples of very light cabin bags - could be worth considering, as even if they're not that much smaller if it's more a question of the weight there's quite a good choice. https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_9?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=worlds+lightest+suitcase&sprefix=lightest+%2Caps%2C5140 -

Perhaps somebody knows what you're talking about but what has it got to do with the OP's question?0 -
Perhaps consider a spinner (4 wheeled) - easy to wheel even when full.0

Lifting is more the problem.0
