Best way to sell / trade in games?

Hi guys,
Did a little search on this but not alot came up and nothing recent.
I bought an xbox from ebay for my son for christmas and with it I got loads of games that are 15/18 rated. No good for my son so planning to sell them off and recoup some of the outlay.
I have 28 games in total to sell off. I put them all in Cex and Game and Cex total was £57 and game £40. But I see game have a matching offer, which looking at the comparisons for each game could get me an extra £20 as the Cex prices win in most cases.
I have put them all on gumtree also with a range of prices that undercuts Cex and Game's preowned selling price but which is more than the trade in prices. No takers.
Bit concerned about dropping them on ebay in case they sell for less than trade in value.
What can I do with these to get a good overall price out of them?
Thanks

Check them individually on Amazon, - just type in the UPC/EAN number on the back, and see what they are selling for. The postage allowance should cover the cost of sending them. make sure you get proof of postage from the Post office, in the unlikely event the customer doesn't get the item delivered.
That way you can put in the price you want.0 -
On Ebay, if you log in and choose only show completed sales, then put in the game you are wanting to sell, you'll be able to see what it sold for. Rather than auction, you could use their buy it now feature. Though, the beauty about Amazon is you don't pay a listing fee, so just closing and commission fees when they item sells.0

I was kinda hoping to sell them as a job lot to be honest. Many of them are only worth £1 i can see them sitting on sites like amazon or ebay for months?0

Anyone who has sold games on ebay, can you recommend a standard postage amount to use? I assume padded envelope and drop off at post office for 2nd class post is a suitable postage mechanism?0

Depends if you want to get rid asap or eBay them, I prefer to trade them at game and they match cex.0

Bear in mind that the price match at Game is at the manager's discretion, if you're looking at £40 for 28 games I'm going to guess that the majority of them are not worth their while to match. (I tried a few times & ultimately have to concur with the guy who said no, CEX were offering more than Game retailed the game at - they have to make money after all.)
Try shifting them on a local buy/sell Facebook page or suchlike, worst that can happen is that if they don't shift cut your losses & take them to CEX/Game.Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0 -

There's also the sphock app for selling stuff.0 -
try https://www.webuygames.co.uk
https://www.musicmagpie.co.uk
https://www.graingergames.co.uk
Personally, i try those three plus GAME and CEX for each individual game, see whos bidding me the most for that game, then end up sending off several packages to ensure i get the most money returned.
I wouldnt bother with ebay personally - too many "lost in the post", or "this disk is scratched" or "it wont play on my console" issues.0
