How to get rid of fine lines around mouth....

As the title suggests, I have a few fine lines from my nostrils to the tip of my lips, partly age, possibly partly due to smoking when younger.
I don't want to have my lips plumped because I would be too scared, but can anybody advise what treatments I could look into for getting rid of these lines? They make me look vex when I am not!
Many thanks x

You cannot get rid of them with creams, once they are there they are there. Fillers injected or tempt with something like the Clarins primer in the little red pot.0

Yes, I have spent a fortune on creams.....particularly those miracle creams that promise me years will be taken off!!
What is the best type of place to look for for fillers please?0 -

A cosmetic surgeon, and someone that will show you examples of their previous work. Do not go to a beauty salon, this is something that should be done by a specialist. Do you have a private hospital nearby?0 -
thanks Tomtontom, yes we do. Can I just ring and enquire?
thank you0 -
Hi grumpyoldgal
You could also have a look on the hospital's website, they usually provide full details of what's involved
