Lost Tesco Receipt

Hi,

Is there any way that I can view previous receipts online for my Tesco clubcard? I've just recently registered the card online, but would it have access to my purchases prior to the online registration date?

Or do I need to contact Cust Services for this info?

I dont believe theres a way for you to do it yourself,. So you bought an item before you registered the clubcard, is that correct.

When you look on-line at your clubcard account i.e. MCA the facility is there for you to see your 'points', 'vouchers' and 'coupons'.
It does not show you what you bought. Though, I believe the Technical Assistance 'line' can help, if you bought an electrical item and used your clubcard.

If it was bought recently (as in the last week or so) and can pretty much trace back the day, date and time you made the purchase you may be able to go to the store to get them to trace the receipt on their systems. I have no idea how far Tescos would be able to go back and you would be best off visiting when there are few customers (not around lunch time or in the 4-8pm peak) but I've known other stores to be able to do this so if could be worth a try.
