UK Courts Jurisdiction in Malta

I am getting divorced, my husband and I are UK citizens. His pension is in Malta and is part of the divorce settlement. He refuses to give his full pension details.
If I get a UK Court Order, will this be recognised by the Maltese pension company?

Malta is in the EU, and so will have signed up to the Brussels Convention; basically a UK court order would be enforceable in Malta.

Legally, he has to give details. If not, the court will enforce that he does.

Also, if he lies about his assets, the divorce settlement wont be final, as the recent court cases have proved.

Does this mean a UK Court Pension Sharing Order would be honoured by the Maltese pension company holding the QROPS pension?
