Hi,
I have lived and worked in Asia for over a year and a half. I no longer have a UK bank account and have no plans to return to UK anytime soon. Can I nominate a relative to have the rebate made to them by reissue? If so, is there guidance available for doing this?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

If you are completing a self assessment tax return (SA 100) then you just fill in the appropriate boxes. Although you will need to specify their account details. If you are (or were) PAYE and are claiming direct from HMRC, I believe that a similar process applies.

As antobus said if you are self assessment then all you need to do is fill out the nominee details on the tax return.
For PAYE you can either complete the form R38 or write to HMRC requesting payment and providing the nominee details.0
