The prize:

The winner and a guest will stay for four nights, on a self-catering basis, at the luxurious Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort, in the Algarve. Set in a national park, the resort offers guests both hotel rooms and a wide range of self-contained villas, all built with children in mind. Facilities include five kids’ clubs, four heated pools, a crèche and a playground. Grown-ups can relax in the Finisterra Spa or try their hand at windsurfing, kayaking and tennis.

The prize includes return flights to Faro with Monarch, which serves the Algarve from Birmingham, Gatwick, Leeds Bradford, Luton and Manchester.

The prize must be taken between April 10 and June 30, 2016, subject to availability and excluding public holidays. Extra conditions apply:

1. Flights are offered in a promotional class and may not be available on all dates on all flights during this period.

2. One (1) piece of hold luggage per person is included in each prize and will be checked in free of charge. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken into the cabin per person in a bag no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm, free of charge. For further information about hand baggage restrictions please refer to the FAQs on http://www.monarch.co.uk/faq/flights/baggage.

3. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements (such as but not limited to flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats and transportation to and from the departing airport) not specifically included in the prize.

4. If Monarch fails to comply with this Agreement, Monarch is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Monarch’s breach of this Agreement, or of Monarch’s negligence, or of Monarch’s fraud. However, Monarch is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of Monarch’s breach or if they were contemplated by both the winner and Monarch at the time the parties entered into this Agreement. Prize winners statutory rights are not affected.

5. The prize may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or similar event.

6. Compensation under Regulation 261/2004, Montreal Convention and any other applicable law is strictly excluded irrespective of the cause.

7. Prize winners must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the Winner. Failure to be granted a Visa and or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the Prize Winner forfeiting their Prize.
