Hi

Have any one had experience going into a new role which was create because of expansion.

One of my family member have been offer a new job by a relatively new company. Currently the team he will join only have 1 person which is his manager. The other side have 2 people who do the day to day finance work and his manager will do project work. The company have 40 people.

There is no handover or work he can reference to. The job is a pay rise and a step up but he's worry about workload as he will be doing a lot of project work.

I think he be able to design the role to how he wants but it be a lot of work.
