Self employed mortgage advice

Hi
By April next year I would have traded for a year. Are there any mortgage lenders that would consider one year accounts? I've browsed a few and a few do accept a year but the deposits are very high from 25% to 40%.
Would really appreciate advice and if there are lenders accepting one years accounts and 10 to 15% deposit?
Many thanks

There are options with that level of deposit.
Browsing lenders is not the answer, you will need a broker.I am a Mortgage Broker
