Well this has turned into a disaster. I signed up with Click Energy last weekend, they switched me over on Monday so very quick. I've just ran out of electric so went to top up. The top up section on their website does not work and gives the following.
System.Exception: No active occupancy found for premise with MPRN '81182056586' at Xrm.XRMExtensionMethods.FindActiveOccupancy(click_premise premise, XrmServiceContext xrm) at Click.ClickHelpers.GetActiveOccupencyByKPN(String KPN)
But fear not they have an automated top up line. I tried that, entered all details and all I get is "Please wait" its been saying that for over 5 mins now so assume that is also !!!!ed.
So am I now without electricity all weekend? All very amateurish. Think I will go back to Budget Energy

Agreed. After a brief fling with Airtricity, we're back to Power NI, the slight saving wasn't worth the hassle, and the more times you switch, the more places your bank details are held.
