My business partner refers to mortgage underwriting as a prism.
It looks different from every angle.
I could list dozens of things that may or may not apply to you, each with a different set of policies shown by each Lender.
If you are serious about your purchase get advice from an Accountant and a mortgage broker.
Thanks. I was just starting to think about the possibility and didn't want to waste a brokers time. I don't wish to waste yours either, but had hoped for a general overview that I could start from to find more info. It's not something that is likely to happen for some time (if at all) so I will continue reading this thread and others.
