There was a Lidl News November leaflet inside the paper but no £5 off £40 voucher in my edition (Scotland), but perhaps other regions will have the usual voucher on the leaflet?

Sorry this is so late, but if it helps anyone, there is a Lidl leaflet in the Mail today with £5 off £40 spend valid from today for a week. I spent mine today, but did not see the leaflet instore, unlike previous months.
