I'm 65 next month and have received a letter from Benpal asking me to log in to their web site?
I have tried to ring them and left a message for them to contact me.
I have no idea who they are or why they have contacted me, my question is, do I need to deal with these people?
Any advice appreciated.

They manage company pensions and employee benefits, are you expecting a company pension, have you been given a log in ?
