Mortgage statement missing information

Hi,
I am considering taking a particular bank to court because they are not providing details of all transactions that has passed through our mortgage account. Despite repeated request under data protection law, they are refusing to supply the information.
I have contacted FCA. The law around book keeping of mortgage and bank accounts seems vague.
Does anyone know what information banks should keep for each transaction?
In the case of this particular bank they are denoting all transactions as bank payment. Which is not good enough. As there are clear indication that there has been fraudulent activities through our accounts. e.g. someone has been taking money from two different accounts for the mortgage.
I have shown this to my accountant and he also agrees there are issues to be answered.
However the bank is withholding the information.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
Best Regards

Stuggling to understand what you mean?
someone has been taking moven from two different account? Do you mean that the repayments are coming from two places?
The bank will likely only know the direct debit details, not sure if they receive the bank details of other payments made eg via standing order or faster payments.0 -
