Can I get a job with Comptia A+?

I have no professional experience as sys admin, tech support, network admin or anything like that. But I am PC enthusiast. I plan to get COMPTIA A+. Can I get a job with it?

You can get a tech support job without any qualifications, if you can demonstrate on your CV that you are technically competent by giving examples of what you've done. You will also need to demonstrate (at interview) your ability to run through diagnostics in an efficient & logical manner while also not sounding dumb.

Normally the first step is through a temp agency and you can often easily progress as long as it's clear to management that you're technically very proficient.

... but if you're not technically proficient, then yeah, get whatever qualifications you are able.
