Is there a self cert mortgage that is portable and that allows you to move house with out paying high redemption fees each time? im wanting to buy a house to fix up and sell straight away, im looking at houses in leeds around the 70-80 k mark, I have about 15,000 in savings which will be for deposit AND operating capitol to decorate etc.my credit is a1 perfect. please help people!!
