Student Loan Eligibility

Hi there,
I am just wandering if I am eligible for a student loan to pay for a future degree.

I got a loan in 2004 to pay for a natural science access course at uni. This loan has been payed off.

I studied a diploma in Adult Nursing for 3 years at uni. This was an NHS funded course with no loan.

Am I eligible to apply for a loan for a degree? I cannot find information for my circumstances anywhere.

Thanks alot

Adam

  • I'm pretty sure that you are not eligible,

    the SFE gov.uk page says

You’ll usually get student finance only if you’re doing your first higher education qualification - even if your previous course was self-funded.
