Does anyone know the rules regarding a council tax reduction in scotland.I receive the highest rate dla and for my son who is disabled and my partner earns £22000 per year.This is all we have coming in apart from my carers allowance.I dont really know the rules and cannot get through to them on the phone ?

Info in links below on council tax exemptions, reduction and discounts. If you look at your local authority website you will see how to apply if you think you may be entitled. Discounts and exemptions don't depend on your income as far as I remember - reduction does.
