My Survey - Surveys Temporarily Unavailable?

I've been using My Survey for a couple of months now but recently most of the surveys I've been invited to have been 'temporarily unavailable' (but never actually become available) when I try to start them.
Is anyone else having this problem or might there be something wrong with my account?

Not sure about other people's experience, but when I try to log in I'm told my account is Inactive. I've sent them two messages about this and not heard anything yet.

I'd be really sorry if MySurvey was having difficulties and maybe on the way out, it's one of my favourite companies and one of the few that I get reasonably regular payouts from.

Come to think of it I haven't had a survey invitation from them for some time:(. Must check my account.

In the past they have banned my account claiming I tried to log in from another country which wasn't correct. I'd drop them an email.

It would appear they've had a cull of accounts recently, and not bothered to tell people.

Two of my friends have lost their accounts.

With regards to them disappearing that seems unlikely. I've had my normal amount of surveys and also if they were going then GlobalTestMarket would be as well and I've still been earning £30-£90 a month from them.

If your account is marked as inactive they are likely to just ignore you, as their customer service isn't the best anyway...

I have had the same problem with some surveys saying that they are temporarily unavailable, this seems to be because the email invitations actually come out quite a bit after the surveys go on the website (Anything from a few hours to a few days) so the surveys may already be gone.

Also, as always, remember with My Survey ones never to open more than one at a time and never to step away from the laptop/page for more than a few minutes, as this makes them error out at the end. I realise that isn't really relevant to the problem you're having but when someone searches in the future it may help them.

My account is still active, just without any available surveys. I've e-mailed but they haven't replied when I've contacted them in the past.

They've been known to ignore emails for literally years. So I don't imagine they are. Also they are linked to several other BIG survey companies, all of which I'm completing work for daily (including today) and being paid.

I think it is more likely that they just ignore people about the errors as 1. they get a lot of complaints and 2. they can't seem to fix them.

I've not emailed them since 2014 but last time I did this was the email that I used: emma@mysurvey.eu
