Yesterday I noticed £10 missing from my payments.
Waited on a call back to be informed quidco had taken themoney themselves for the premium account from 4 or 5 years ago which they hadn't taken then!
Can they do this without any notice? I didn't get any messages or emails about this.
It's only £10 but I feel robbed !!!:mad::mad:
Will be making a formal complaint...
Just checked my records...I didn't earn a single penny from Quidco in those years! So how come they took the money???

I've just had an email to say they've taken more money out of people's accounts than they should have done and are rectifying it, could it be that?0

If you look at the main Quidco thread you will see that they have done a major system upgrade and completely messed up just about everything and are in the process of putting it right. Taking the premium payments from non premium members and debiting it multiple times from premium members seems to be one of the problems. They do seem to be fixing it slowly although the reps on here for some obscure reason keep insisting everything is sorted now when it quite obviously is not.0
