I'm looking a hula hoop suitable for a 5' 2" female beginner for losing inches from the waist/tum area.
I have been recommended this one: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search/searchTerm/Pro+Fitness+Weighted+Hula+Hoop.htm
but thought it was too big for 5' 2" but thought this one: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9283756.htm
was too small for a beginner. Please help! This is a requested Christmas present.
