Santander Valuation

I just had a santander valation on a house purchase. The estate agnts said they didnt collect the key from them and the surveyors office listed is in Glasdow about 400 miles from the house. Do you think they acctually visited the property but didnt go inside or just did a desktop valuation? the property is 2 years old wondering if to get it checked over??

Whats more likley? They comment on the structor of the building etc maybe ill just call them up and find out!0

Santander give free basic valuations and they will be the basic of the basic I would advise everyone before purchasing a property to have a more detailed survey carried out0
