    Hi l3xi! :hello:
I just wanted to drop by and say hello and wish you all the best of luck. I'm too on a debt busting journey and your comment about sticking to a budget like sticking to a diet really spoke to me! I feel like that too.

I'm trying to stick to a small spending budget by using a separate bank account and by using the spending tracker app just for this account. If I immediately input what I've used the debit card for or taken cash out of the hole in the wall that way I ALWAYS know at any given moment how much is left in my spending account until next pay day.

Best of luck with everything, I'll keep popping by to see how things are going

Thanks Popstess, good luck to you too! I'll stop by :)

I'll do whatever it takes to get me out of debt at this stage. Budgeting spending didn't work for me, I was able to come up with a budget but was never able to stick to it, my spending fluctuates so much, I'll have weeks when I barely spend things and weeks when I go crazy. However, the set weekly budget seems to be doing the trick for me for now, so I'll stick to that. If I manage to go several months without overspending and paying £500 off my CCs each month, I'll be happy.
