Is this classed as unsolicited goods

I recently canceled an order which has arrived anyway despite being refunded, The order was canceled before it was dispatched, However the other clincher is the fact that, the company who i ordered the item from (john lewis) did not actually send me the item, the item came direct from the manufacture, i did not place an order with the manufacture would this be classed as unsolicited goods.
