How did you try to contact them. If you were sending emails to a specific person and they are having staffing problems, perhaps the person you are sending them to has left.
Have you tried emailing marketing@myfamilyclub.co.uk, which is their contact address on the web site.
You could try a Message on Facebook.

Yes I tried marketing@myfamilyclub.co.uk (twice) and also contacted the original message sender with my address which was acknowledged.

You could also try support@myfamilyclub.co.uk and social@myfamilyclub.co.uk

I was having similar problems with a different site and a Facebook message seems to have stirred things up.
