Surveys

Do people really answer these honestly?

Some questions what is you position in company managing director and salary and sometimes answer is £100,000 plus as an option do the compaines really think that someone answering that and they really do are going to be answering a survey for about 50p

If the information you put in doesn't match what you registered with, they can terminate your account without notice.

Less about honesty, more about consistency.

Yes, and more likely for free. Like me, some people just like to give an opinion. Also, questions are asked for a reason and some people gain an insight as to why certain questions are asked. (e.g. Why are questions on business rates being asked unless its on an agenda somewhere? CBI? Local Authority?)
  • No not at all. For every survey people used to changes their working field, designation based on survey screening criteria. And the most noted thing is they even change their country to qualify.

I live in a household with earnings in excess of £55,000. I still answer a lot of surveys, even the 50p ones. Then again I make £15,000+ a year from surveys, paid to click sites and the like, so obviously I have good demographics :)

I always make sure my answers would match up with anything I've answered on profile surveys.

Some people I know create a fake persona and use it across all websites, to try and help them maximise their earnings, seems to be effective - frankly I haven't got the brain power to keep up with all those lies!

How they do know the screening criteria for each survey?
