Can anyone link to a one week weight-loss plan with normal food?

Hi,
I want to kick-start a diet - would like to lose at least half a stone before Christmas.
I feel like just following a plan for a week where I am told what to eat, but all the ones I have come across online involve buying foods I have never heard of, or buying lots of specialist ingredients that you only need a little bit of for a recipe.
Can anyone link to a 7-day plan which just has 'normal' food which is easy to prepare and fits in with being out at work during the day?
Thanks! :)

Slimming world came to mind straight away when I read your post, they also have a vegetarian version.
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!
  • I can't recommend this diet highly enough. You don't have to go to the gym or count calories. It's getting back to basics and is really easy especially if you eat meat/fish.

It was the only diet that worked for me. It is a good idea to buy the book and the recipe book aswell, although you don't have to.
