UK mortgages whilst earning in euros

Having a nightmare trying to get a new mortgage for a home we are wanting to move quickly on, I have always earned in euros and never had a problem in the past, can someone recommend a lender that is happy to lend sterling to a euro earner.
I understand new rules have been brought in by the EU which has caused a lot of these issues with biritish residents wanting UK mortgages but earn in a foreign currency

Why not borrow in Euro's then you wouldn't face exchange fluctuations.

This has been a building problem for the last year or so

It's accelerated in last few weeks - and will continue to do so as MCD (European Mortgage Credit ) is introduced at different times for each lender between now and April next year.

50% of my current time is being committed to finding out what the **** is going on and developing our systems to cope.

If you want to this - find a good broker who has made themselves familiar with MCD and get it done ASAP (It won't get it easier if you waut)
