To anyone, re any coupon issues/cidre/apgs etc
A's new system is a pita. The nice staff admit they don't know what's happening and find a way to put it through but the "trouty" ones have to always blame something else...and I do speak from experience..several this week...so I rang HQ who will ring store and then I'll go in again and have a problem and ring again. Its the new downloads that were done (which dont work) and in the case of the cidres-staff who haven't got a clue. They can't be bothered so pretend they are banned. With the cidres I'd definitely call HQ.

    Afternoon all
No time to catch up as my week got worse today:eek:
Friday 13th, 11.30 ish my phone rings and where i work friday the signal is crap:( rings, answer it loose signal, rings again answer it i get its XXXX Police:eek:..............loose signal, i move to a different part of the house manage to call back
Yes it this the police :eek:saying dont be worried but your husband has had an accident and is in the back of an ambulance:(
Some lowlife of a woman, hit and run him on his bike:mad::mad:
Fortunately he is ok just brusied , think he will be as stiff as a board in the morning:eek:

OMG - I think I would have crumpled - he is so fortunate to have come out relatively unscathed.
I don't suppose the insurance company will cover the cost of the release from the compound or the new biking gear and helmet, yet more expense.
In the end though he survived so that's the only thing that matters

I stopped driving 2 years ago , glad I did now, when we go anywhere now in the car there is at least half a dozen serious near misses, mostly 20 or 30 mph limits around here and that is the only saving grace - people shooting out of junctions without stopping and leaping out of roundabouts is common place, no one seems to care anymore

thanks for finding that for me. i was peed off with the attitude of supervisor. i used 4 and she over-rode till and put through.saying its because there is a multi on them. :rotfl:
i said i wanted to get 6 more is that ok.
she said yes as long as its 2 at a time to avoid multi :rotfl:
i seen her when i went to checkout and said would she like me to go to ss or manned till. she said manned.
    so far so good.
then when at till obviously the multi had nothing to do with it, as it played up again.
she then said thats it no more its too much work
now remember i had asked all the way, so no need to talk to me like that.
i rang ho when i got home explaining everything that happened. i also said i went to sainsbury womb took them ok.
    hes phoning management.

    That's awful.

They'll have to sort themselves out, as according to the voucher itself, there are going to be about 1.8 million of these circulating each week! :rotfl:

I will take mine to Sains, I think. Have only been there twice this month (compared with 19 times in October, though in fairness 5 of those were petrol station visits, but even so a massive difference.) And of the two visits this month, one of them only cost a £1 as it was a purchase for a mycoupons item. And the other visit was for RTC halloween, so less than £10 there. So I might be due some till spits. Still not buying their 100% price inflated basics teabags though. :)

How annoying, no RTC hob goblin and the san miguel was £6 but empty shelf. The S&G messed up my PP or BG now. I thought it was £1 in Asda, nevermind at least I got £5.97 back for the cidre and 19 new cidre vouchers. Had to wait for an old bloke to stop reading the sun and put it back before I could add it to my collection.

I'm sat waiting for a gas engineer as there's a strong smell of gas in our sitting room :( He said he'd be here "late afternoon." Don't know whether to start cooking the dinner - s0d's law says if I do, he'll turn up and immediately want to turn the gas off.
Seriously ? You're sitting in a house with a gas escape and you're worried about your belly .Christ.
Turn off the gas and get out of the property.
