Hi mhoc you know with the nectar deal is it right that one can't take advantage of any offers eg the current 2 courses for £10 please as I feel you are out nectar expert :)

    usually that is so.

but with the current bonus codes on nectar.com it does say you can use it with any other offer - not sure if that means the ones where you exchange nectar points for pizza express vouchers or does it mean really any other offer at all
Someone on another thread - not sure if was here or PTS used sainsburys nectar, !!!!!! clubcard deals and gift cards all on one bill and all excepted
Not sure if I would be that brave.

I am going to try the !!!!!! midweek meal deal (maybe next week) and also offer my nectar pizza express bonus points code first and just see what happens.
Then if the bonus points wont work I will just get a coffee with a separate bill.

on nectar.com OH has no bonus Pizza express offer :( but I've got 750 points  - hence the advanced planning
most people just have 100 or 150 so I don't know what makes me so special :D

    Good Afternoon :)

Had a little argument/joke with caretaker at work today :)

We have had a padlock on gate to get into work since june due to this kid keep escaping .

When I arrive I have to ring cook who got to stop what she's doing answer her phone and come let me in.

When it monsooning like today I don't like using my phone incase the wet breaks it.

So I told caretaker to open gate for when I get there ;) and I will tell him I have arrived so he can relock the gate :D

He said go in main entrance and walk through school .

Told him NO you get interrogated by office and have to faff about getting a visitor sticker lol.

I got my own way :) he's given me a key for padlock :j:j:j

But threatened what he will do to me if I lose the key  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I used to have that problem in one of my sainsbobs - the need to spend £5 to get free parking. As you only had 2 hours parking squeezing in a sainsbobs shop at the end was a test of nerves. Then I realised I did not need to spend £5 :j
I get a £5 Sainsbobs gift card instead, very quick and simple, my £1.50 parking is refunded, no problems and I then use this £5 gift card at my usual Sainsburys later in the week
also on sainsbobs mycoupons I am getting 200 points each week for a £10 spend. Totally by accident as one week I got a £10 gift card instead I realised it is giving me this 200 points bonus even though it was just a gift card I'd bought :T

so free parking for 2 hours, a £10 gift card to spend as and when and 200 points - winner

Fab idea my sains charges unless you spend £10 xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

just signed myself up to Hungry Horse as we will be close to one shortly - this will be another new experience, just have to hope it is not as bad as the tripadvisor reviews :D

when you sign up you get sent a £5 off when you spend £15 so that's not too awful.

I noticed its Green King and I seem to think I've seen Green King gift cards in a supermarket ... Has anyone ever used these or would staff have no idea what to do with them?

anyway the voucher code comes through straight away as a code so if you have wi fi you could do it instantly on your phone.

then I noticed if you registered and they gave you a referral code. If 2 people register with the code then you get a free drink - I wonder if yopcodes are accepted?

Then at 5 referrals you get another £5 and at 10 referrals you get £10 off £25 so I've put this on my FB and twitter feeds - I cant see us going more than once but you never know

My friends and I use Hungry Horse a lot. I used to use Cafe Rouge with CC vouchers but find HHorse so much more reasonable, and staff so friendly. You can't use the CC reward vouchers with their daily deals but I get the HHorse vouchers at Tosco for the extra cc points and they take them no problem after using the cc vouchers as they are a method of payment not a deal

Just a shame that on their new menu out this month, the only vegan meal I can have is jacket potato with beans and a side salad with no dressing :(
Found it. Google is my friend. Elite is my family

    ;););) :money:

Must rush now, shower get dressed and get Noela to vets for 4pm - just for her annual jabs and health check. Since arriving from Romania at end of February this year, too scared to even come out of her crate, it brings tears to my eyes to see her run to me looking so happy when she hears my voice when I pick her up from boarding kennels. And from a dog who would not have lead/harness on, to see her come to me to get her slip lead on, walk out of house and stop at side of car waiting to get in and then just jump in when I open the door and lie down in the back when taking her to vets/kennels, is so heart warming

    See ya all laters :A

According to paidtoshop forum since 14/10 pay.com(3v) cards are no longer available. The company has withdrawn them and people who have the cards but not activated them are having to go back to the store they bought them from for a refund. There is a rumour Pay.com may introduce a mastercard type card instead. End of a very pleasant points accumulator. Thankfully have no cards left hanging around and got enough for return flights for our summer holiday next year.

I was just about to ask whether anyone had this problem? I bought one on 14/10 from Homebase and it said it would be activated in 24 hours on activation slip, tried to contact pay.com but no joy. Very shoddy behaviour. And a sad end to a pleasant points accumulator

my nearest sada is a town centre one and its 70p an hour to park for an hour
If you spend over £10 you get 50p back and needless to say I am always slightly under a tenners worth of shopping

What I really need to be doing is to put a few pounds onto a Christmas saver card each time to take my bill over the tenner.
I am not sure if this would work - but its got to be worth a try

assuming you can put just £1 or £2 on at a time?

the main snag is that its another level of complication because I go into this town so rarely now
    this is the list
remember the Oxfam bric a brac box
remember the clothing for marks Sparks Shwopping
    remember the food bank bags
    remember the bags for life
remember the asda folder - APGS, MOCs, gift cards and the list
remember the Asda Christmas savings card
remember to have 70p or £1 for the parking and trolley

    :rotfl:
