not only does OH need a lot of tools, he needs a lot of boxes to keep them in, and that usually means he cant find any of them!!

That used to be our old garage and shed. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Seems another thing we have acquired in this work sale is draft excluder. I didn't know we had any drafts.

I haven't been out to look in the workshop yet to see what else he has bought. :o

I take these also - twice a day - I saw a specialist 4 years ago who took one look at me and said "you are fat on the inside - lose weight" 3 stones later I manage by not drinking the fizz, avoiding spicy. Eating out is a nightmare as I can't take tomato.

Bubbs - did you get the prescription strength gaviscon to take at bedtime? that's a big help as well.
No i didnt , but have bought some today will see if it helps, well done on weight loss:T:T

    Oh if only!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Sadly just getting downstairs is a bit of an effort at the moment, but I'm sure I'll get there. Actual surfing might be a step too far though! :D
  • Sorry for the lack of thanks I just did a quick catch up
Huge hugs to all the poorly elite and anyone else that wants one or not
Belated Happy Birthdays to everyone I have missed lately, hope you all had a great day
yiphee its nearly Saggi time and if I remember rightly there is a lot of us with birthdays soon
Congratulations to all the parents and grandparents new and old, lovely pictures
Lovely poppy pictures today, I still really like the one VT did, that FC has now
I have had some fun with the insurance companies this week, after trying cashback sites, comparing sites, the cheapest quotes we got was from actually calling them up and talking to them
I also did the BG switch on Martin’s email even though I am already with BG my payments have dropped by £38 per month, lucky I am in credit for gas and owe a bit on electric so it evens itself out
Oh back now from doing the M60 ring of red so we are popping out now for a beer, he reckons there was over 1000 bikers so hopefully the donations are good
    See you all later

    Hi locarr,

I'm making the point that people are not one dimensional.....whether they spend all their lives in A or down the allotment doesn't always define them. They have real life too, troubles, good times etc and that old elephant in the room.....lines they will and won't cross.

We are all different. As for me...I'm just happy with my lot in life:)

I know and likewise but I think you have missed dotty's point!:)

We were lucky, never seen any fireworks or heard any where we are, and our dog is not bothered by them at all.

    Enjoy your film.

Have you got room for 2 visitors next year please ? :D

a lot better to get the free paper on this occasion than get the possible £1 overage in other shops. + i only used 2 coupons instead of 3 to get it.

ive just got to say how hassle free it is using coupons in my waitrose than my asda
