Here's a story for you, my oh use to work somewhere that had very rich guests and was once given a £250 bottle of red and a bottle of crystal (sp) champagne as a gift, well my dad came to stay once and asked if we had any drink, me knowing nothing about wines gave him the £250 bottle of red( I didn't realise that was what I had gave him) and my dad said it tested corked and poured it away :eek::o My oh was not best pleased to find the bottle opened let alone poured away :rotfl::o
I cook with wine which I don't think is worth drinking unless it is really horrible. And I label any bottle which I want to reserve!0 -

you only marking next 2 im marking next 3
Is it 2 or is it three - think it was the dark side thread I was reading at ridiculous o'clock this morning.
Stressed to bits at the mo, yet another crisis, never seem it get a straight run so not sleeping very much. Treacle the black cat, very active at night arrived about one o'clock wanting to drape himself all over me and he was stinking to high heaven having just used the litter tray - yes it was that vile - you can't just evict him as he bounces straight back onto the bed.
So I left snoring Oh with smelly cat and went to sleep downstairs with the other 2 cats, Ronnie decided about 4.30 that he desperately needed to go out in the pouring rain so he went off to sleep in the porch
Fun and games with cats“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Thank you - very helpful. Tube would be £12.40 total return for the 2 of us.
I am sure you know that if you use contactless or Oyster it is far cheaper and quicker than buying a ticket. Just thought I'd say in case you don't know! They are extending the areas in which you can do this too, but be careful to check in and out, it is so easy to miss doing it as I did at Beckenham railway station a few weeks ago.0 -

All wine tastes like vinegar to me, have tried, cheap to expensive and dont like any of it.
Nanny, glad you are home and well, take care.0 -

so sorry you are stressed.
The cidre vouchers will be coming back again on 13th, 20th and 27th November so I am very interested in the Spar offer, especially as it sounds as if you can spend your 40p on a copy of the Sun!0 -

The £1 coupon is also available on the newcovent garden website. Can be printed as many times as you have different emails, including using the .'s in gmail.
Thank you very much. I was fooled by the fact that it sent me an email to an address I had used before but then it wouldn't print and I thought it was the printer software knowing I had printed a voucher before. But I've tried again now and it worked. These are very useful as fillers as well as being nice soup.
Everyone probably knows this but you can put as many full stops in a gmail address as you want and it will work.0 -

I think we all have our own bottom line, things we would never buy even if they were pennies and even if it was going straight into the food bank trolley we would never ever get them.
Pot noodles, men's white socks and goats cheese are on my list“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
