tweets could you maybe speak to a herbalist and see if she would be able to take a natural sleeping tablet so she doesn't have to go through this ? X

I spoke to an herbalist in market on Tuesday and he said if rescue remedy didn't work he couldn't see a sleeping tablet working said they more or less same ingredient's .

I also spoke to another lady who works in kitchens I rang her at work. Knew she got a Staffy who frightened and was taking him vets. I think she said vet gave dog Prozac and said they just made him drowsy and in her eyes a waste money because he still panted and tried to hide .

Does anyone know if John L give any discounts on their Xmas shopping event next week please? I asked my dd if she'd like to come with me & she asked the question to which I didn't know the answer but I'm hopeful a kind person on here will. Grateful thanks x
