Hi. Has anyone claimed a C&C voucher today from last month where they were up to their limits & was it okay? Do not know whether to wait until calendar month or try it. Thanks.

I'm not chancing it ! I reckon its safer to wait until the start ofthe 'rolling' month ie 7 Nov as my first claim last month was around 6 Oct. Its too much to lose for the sake of a few days. Even if someone has claimed today and its worked, thats no guarantee that it wil work for everyone - I seem to remember that when the monthly problem started not everyone had a problem so it seems to be a bit selective.

I'm not worried as I don't mind chasing for refund but just know it can be a pain for others.

Looks like they have done this before I should have looked further back on reviews yesterday.

    1/5:
"DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Decided they they didnt want to send me my whisky as amazon made an error listing it, be very careful with this company. As a result my amazon account is now closed after 8 yrs using them!!"
    Amazon Customer, 3 September 2015
Seller Response: We are very sorry that the listing was incorrect on Amazon and as a small business we could not afford to send the 6 bottles of Whiskey for the price of 1 which would have cost us a loss of £400, we did try to resolve the matter and offered the customer a free bottle of Whiskey of his choice and we refunded the order in full but he refused to accept the whisky or our apology. Whilst this is a rare occurrence we are all human and mistakes can happen and we will always do are up most to resolve them.

Apologies - pulling myself together - was typing before I put my brain into gear

Expecting a visit now from exDH & his son :) so having to get myself 'normal'

I've heard that my Boss has said some really horrid stuff regarding my Father being ill :(:(
Debating whether to give in a months notice & then hope new year offers me new opportunity.
My heart is ruling my head - financially I could survive for a few months & try & find or start a new job :)

Snap, I would gently inform your boss (and their boss) that you are aware of these comments and deem them to be at the best inappropriate and at the worst bullying, and ask them how they intent resolving the issue. If you still feel aggrieved, you could start looking for another job (and consider taking legal advice in relation to constructive dismissal).

Lots of dodgy hugs to last you in the mean time :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:

Unfortunately it is not as easy as knowing when your first claim was last month though - in theory if it is rolling you need to know each date you claimed (and amounts) and not claim more than £100 between shop 1 Oct shop 1 Nov, shop 2 Oct, shop 2 Nov etc.

It is then quite complicated unless you had one shop for £100 APG or 4 for £25 each, as no doubt each shop produced different APG values so keeping track will be a challenge.

It probably only affects those Elite maxing out the APG each month but still not the easiest system.

Edit - no, it likely also affects anyone entering more than 10 receipts too!

    Sainsbobs.

    serum6 trigger(202007), one oil one £5.89 poo/cond is apg around £8.70
serum6 trigger, two oils is apg around £11
serum6 trigger, two £5.89 poo is apg around £6.40

Check which poo/cond is in bobs.

I do minimum 9 items £10.70, so three haircare for £2 if avoiding £10+apg
    Thanks OP . DeeDee, methinks.
