I could predict them there - to some degree: I predicted 8 out of 9 of them correctly:(. Sadly I thought the whole lot would fail - they only one I didn't get right was the Alpen Chocolate & Fudge which has actually worked.

Do we know if this is Monday's or Wednesday's information though? Based on this, this might suggest that it is still on Monday's data and they only one they got right was the Chocolate & Fudge: surely they would have got them right by Wednesday?:think:(:eek:) But not yet reached the system. I think this may be a shop too early (therefore unfortunately doesn't give us any guide as to what may work tomorrow) but don't quote me on that!

So much for being 10% cheaper!:( Or even being able to "GUARANTEE" that. This really ought to be one to be sent to Advertising Standards (with any recent APG advertising that A has done) as it completely undermines their claim.

Btw, my "predictions" are not on the M list. Those are M's real prices (I get them right, they largely don't it seems). This APG comp. result, unfortunately, is largely in line with what I'd expect.

So T don't even compare correctly against M and discount your bill at the till after all! I think the whole lot of them need sending to Advertising Standards:rotfl:.

Complain - it's not "simple" - you had to go home, empty-handed, and no money was taken off any proposed bill at all!

There it is - potentially misleading advertising (at that link page). Remember, you want your whole costs, for your time, your petrol and wasted journey* to their store only for them not to do what they promised! Add all your telephone costs and your time spent on telephoning (at commercial rates of several pounds an hour of "work") as per that guy that charged Sky.

In all of this, I assume you are not in Ireland or Northern Ireland.

*Presumably on a dark, rainy October night, going in the run up to Christmas, at rush hour, when it's getting busy and was therefore a complete nightmare to get to and from T that stressed you and cost you a lot more time!
