    Morning all
Sending hugs to FC and LS x
Good Luck at the hospital AJ x. Have you had your results back yet ?
All those that are not feeling too good, I send my best wishes for a speedy recovery. I have had a 2 day migraine, followed by the feeling that I have aged about 20 years, so apart from having a little lurk I haven't been on here. I do wonder if the migraine is due to my return to the 5:2 diet. Although, having said that, I have done it before and not had a problem.
Oh well, I have waffled enough :o. I might attempt a catch up for a little while.

Oh dear, I had a migraine as well for nearly 2 days, perhaps its the Norfolk air!!

AJ hope the checkup on the knee goes well:)

Thanks bubbs x. All went well, had to have X-rays done but consultant is happy with the knee to date. He thinks the scar looks brilliant (me using Bio Oil twice a day)
Will have to go back in 6 months for final check up. :)

In other news I've still got this wheezy phlegmy cough. Last anti b's were Friday night, doc said to leave it a day or two and if it didn't clear to go back. May have to ring in tomorrow morning.

Called into Farmfoods coming out of Ipswich and got 2 packs of Nicki loo roll. It's the quilted stuff, 9 in a pack, two oaks £7. I just hope they meet my standards :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Alsok got some chicken breaststroke , guess what we are having tonight :rotfl:

bubbs, please send my love and thoughts to LS please x

Coffee time and a catch up for meeeeee :j
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

My mum always blames the Norfolk winds :D. Mine started as an ice pick headache (shooting pain through the brain :() and then went into a full blown migraine. It leaves you feeling drained doesn't it?
Before you assume, learn the facts,
    Before you judge, understand why,
    Before you hurt someone, feel,
    Before you speak, think.

If you don't get 10 you can buy the most expensive bit of ham/gammon etc and still have change in APGs.
