    Good morning Elite :hello:

Still feel as bad as I did a few days ago :(. Last anti b taken last night.

Had a phone call from doc, my X-ray results have come in and all clear :j:j ouch  she wants me back if still coughing in 3 or 4 days. I have to stay in the warm and rest, no problem for me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

tweets, how are you feeling today? This nasty lurgy seems to be country wide now.

Anyone else with a nasty cough, a productive cough? Breath deeply in and out 3 times then cough. See what happens, should clear you for a while x

Last to the party as per usual, DH went to Mr A yesterday and got a gammon and A8. Worked a treat, then I noticed later on that fabric softener could have been added

    Hugs to the poolies x

FC I hope you are doing ok, let me know x

LS sorry to hear via the lovely bubbs that things didn't go to plan and you are in such a lot of pain. Take whatever they offer you to ease it. Rest and do as the nurses tell you x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

tweets didn't know you was poorly, hope you soon feel better, thinking that of you snap x

Don't forget that it APPEARS to go on a rolling month so your 'next month' won't start until a month after your first CC claim in this month ie not the 1 November. iyswim

I hardly dare cough at all !!! My aches & pains from falling aris over tip the day before I went on holiday are no better and according to the Doc its either internal bruising or a couple of cracked ribs .Either way there is no real treatment other than pain killers (which I am avoiding as much as possible as deadening the discomfort sometimes makes you do more than you should).. But coughing, sneezing or laughing is painful and I need to hold tight round my left side. Quite a few people in my holiday coach had coughs and sneezes so I hope I don't develop anything.

I've just checked my account and I got the points for this, the bottle looks exactly like the picture but reads:
    'Campo Viejo'
    '-RIOJA-'
    'TEMPRANILLO'
    '2013'
It was on offer £6 or £7, sorry not 100% sure but points have been added. Hope you can find it. Just read mhoc reply to TM barcode 8410302106300.

I've also got 290 points on Valdo prosecco Marca Oro 75cl, and that was on offer too, £7, I think, but not bought it.

    Morning all.

Well thank you so much..........i can always find an answer here. :T I was 90% certain that was the one but couldn't find the word crianza anywhere. I'll be buying it today.

The Valdo prosecco is my favourite prosecco of all time:)

    Morning paw sniffers:D

I'm on a paint hunt today. The whole house interior is painted the same colour but was mixed to order. I have the codes but can't seem to find an equivalent.
Home base have loads of offers on paint ATM and double nectar points. B&Q have done decent offers too.
Notice on the nectar page there's 30% off at Dulux decorating centres so I might give them a ring too.

    Forgotten how expensive paint is:o

We understand that choosing your paint colour isn’t always easy, but now with the Let’s Colour Guarantee if you don’t get your colour right the first time, you can get another one for free. If you’ve changed your mind about that colour, simply tell us why it isn’t right and we will send you a voucher for a replacement can.
