I was annoyed today. I originally got my sim from Carphone Warehouse (on talk mobile) and I saw they had the Samsung S3 mini for £60 for upgrades so I went and asked what counted as upgrade. Apparently you have to have PAYG from them for at least 6 months, and they will not even consider upgrading on a sim only on Talk Mobile because they no longer deal with them.
You should have seen his face when he asked how much I pay per month (£1) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Just spent an age onto Nectar live chat trying to sort out missing points. I would honestly show you some screen shots of the ridiculous conversations I've just had but there's too much personal stuff in there.
I've gone round and round in circles. They do not know what a till spit is. They cannot accept that I've earned so many points from a £20 shop:eek: so they must include Mycoupons points!
My coupon points take 28 days to show! And on and on we went. I was so irritated that I stayed on until the bitter end and beyond knowing they close at 8pm. At 8.01 I was asked how many points I was missing in total and I was told immediately they would all show within 24 hours. Finally:)

Sorry to hear this scamps.....and you had zillions of friends too.
I spent ages fiddling around with mine when it happened to me and never got anywhere. Wonder if it's wise having mse in your name though...they were culling a lot of mse names

You think that's frustrating?
A few months ago (when I was looking for shelving) I was given a second chance offer on Ebay for some racking. I changed some Nectar points to cover it and went to pay, found the offer had been withdrawn as was made in error. He said it was Ebay and Ebay said it was him. So I asked to change my nectar voucher back to points. Asked Ebay, they said ask Nectar. Asked Nectar and they said ask Ebay. This took several days, and several live chats.
Anyway, went round in circles for a while but did not give up. Upshot of it was Nectar gave in and refunded my points, had a look on Ebay a few days later and my voucher was still there, and was still there a few weeks later. So I used it and have heard nothingWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
