Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online
to www.capitalfm.com, register their details and
tell us what they need fixing.
Online entry will open on Monday 19th October
2015 at 06:00 and close at 23:59 on
Wednesday 21st October 2015.
4. Once the competition has closed the Capital Programming
Team will select a short list of people who fit the criteria.

Criteria will be set on the most deserving,
fun and entertaining entries deemed to have a suitable ‘fix’.

These entries will then be sent to
Direct Line who will select the final 3 entrants.

The overall winner will be chosen by the
Capital Programming Team in conjunction with Direct Line.

A ‘fix’ is something practical for when things go wrong
and is not an insurance claim,
an act of kindness, gifting, upgrading or improving.

5. The winner will be contacted by Global Radio and brought
to air on Friday 23rd October 2015 in a Network Show.

Entrants must be able to receive a phone call in the
morning of Friday 23rd October 2015 to be eligible to
receive the prize.

Should the chosen winner not be available after the
first call attempt, we will randomly select
another winner from the remaining 2 eligible entries.

6. All Entrants selected to play will be required
to talk to the presenters and a call may be recorded
with the presenter/s and played on-air.
If the caller doesn’t answer their phone,
is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over,
or cannot continue the call for any reason,
the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

7. By submitting what you need fixing to
www.capitalfm.com,
entrants will warrant that we can tell their story on air.

8. By entering this competition entrants are
agreeing for your ‘Fix’ to also be entered into a
wider Direct Line competition in association with Global Radio.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person;
duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
11. All judges’ decision is final and no correspondence
can be entered into.

Prize:
The prize will depend on what the winner has asked for,
as this will be tailored to their ‘fix’ request with a
minimum prize value of £1,000.
Global reserves the right to decide on the prize with Direct Line

Prize Terms and Conditions:
The Prize will be delivered within 28 days after
the competition closing.
