Tinfoil?

I put my rack in the halogen the other day and put some tin foil over it and put the potato on top, because i had some steak in there too and don't have a banking tray. It seemed to make the skin a bit crispy.
If i wrap the potato in tinfoil will it make the skin go mega crispy? And how long would it take to cook.
It is a sweet potato so the skin seems thin
I'm hank marvin and fancying a sweet potato with some tuna and onion and other good stuff :j:beer:
